Terms of Use

These terms explain how NFT Gallery Widget and the optional Gallery+ subscription work. The app is a read-only viewer for public blockchain information and does not connect to, control, or transact with a crypto wallet.

Read-only
The app never requests a private key, recovery phrase, or wallet signature.
Apple's EULA applies
Apple's Standard EULA governs the license to use the app.
Apple-managed billing
Gallery+ purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the App Store.

1. Agreement and app license

NFT Gallery Widget, its Home Screen widget, and related services are provided by Ümit Gül under the Curious Code name. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard EULA.

Apple's Standard EULA governs your license to use the app. These terms provide additional information about Gallery+, public blockchain data, and the services used to provide the gallery; they do not replace Apple's Standard EULA.

2. The service

NFT Gallery Widget retrieves publicly available NFT and POAP information for a public wallet address or ENS name that you choose to enter. It can organize that information into a Journal, cache supported artwork on your device, and display selected items in Home Screen widgets.

The app is not a crypto wallet, exchange, marketplace, investment service, or ownership-verification service. It cannot buy, sell, transfer, mint, custody, or otherwise control an NFT, token, or wallet. Information shown in the app is for gallery and informational purposes and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Gallery+ subscriptions

The app can be used with one collection without a Gallery+ subscription. Gallery+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited collections across the networks supported by the current app version. The available duration, price, and any offer terms are displayed by the App Store before you confirm a purchase.

Apple processes the purchase using your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, Family Sharing, and offer eligibility are governed by the App Store terms that apply to your account and region.

Removing the app or deleting a local collection does not cancel an active subscription. If Gallery+ ends, collections already stored on your device remain under your control, but creating additional collections may require an active subscription.

4. Blockchain data, artwork, and third-party services

NFT names, descriptions, images, dates, ownership records, and other metadata can be created or hosted by third parties. The app retrieves this information through services such as Alchemy and the POAP API and may download artwork from content hosts identified in their responses.

Curious Code does not create, own, endorse, verify, or control that third-party content. Displaying an item does not establish its authenticity, provenance, copyright status, ownership, market value, or availability. Blockchain records and offchain metadata can be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, changed, or removed by their respective networks, creators, providers, or hosts.

Your use of third-party networks, APIs, and content may also be subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
  • attempt to interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their providers;
  • submit a private key, recovery phrase, password, or other secret—the app is designed only for public wallet addresses and ENS names; or
  • use displayed content in a way that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

6. Availability and changes to the service

Network APIs, metadata hosts, Apple platform behavior, and internet connectivity are outside Curious Code's control. The Services may occasionally be interrupted or may fail to retrieve particular collections or media. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided without a guarantee that every token, image, network, or feature will always remain available or error-free.

Supported networks and features may change as providers, platform requirements, and the app evolve. Any changes affecting an active subscription will be handled consistently with applicable law and App Store requirements.

7. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how the app and website handle public wallet identifiers, local gallery data, network requests, purchases, support messages, and website analytics.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the Services, subscription offering, providers, or applicable requirements change. The revised terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
